I developed this job aid to help people communicate better during the COVID-19 era. We're all wearing our face masks and it can be hard to understand each other! I first designed this job aid to support the hotel industry with effective communication strategies but really, any industry could post this job aid. It could be placed at the front desk station of any hotel and can be customized and branded upon request.
